The only thing I'd recommend anyone going there to buy a car by financing is, to go during weekdays to speed up the credit check process because they (Banks) don't do credit checks on the weekends.

Went there to inquire about an Ariya. Talked with a sales rep who was extremely condescending, and not only refused to clearly answer my question about delivery times when ordering a specific trim, but low-key informed me that he was personally for breaking Quebec Law 24 about deposits, as well as implying that I wasn't really interested in getting a vehicle.This gives me great reservations about making any further business with this dealership, on top of extremely pressuring sales tactics. I'll go check for an Ariya somewhere else and take my 1K$ deposit to a different dealer as my business is apparently not desired at this location.Quite the opposite experience from another Spinelli dealership, where the sales rep told me that such behaviour within any Spinelli businesses was not tolerated merely an hour prior and putting a deposit on a different car at that dealership.Fifth Spinelli dealership I did business with in the last 12 years, 3 of which have been negative experiences in the end. One is an ongoing relationship and the other is tentative. We'll see how this goes in the future.Not that good a batting average so far, though.The interior of the building was nice and clean, however, so have an extra star for that.

New to Spinelli Nissan, the car purchasing experience was very good, above my expectations. Although I knew quite exactly what model I wanted, I felt no undue pressure for extras that many people seem to like along a new purchase. Kudos to Walter, Scott and Alexis.
