My Soul Balance

Today I received my second treatment from Karen. Not only is she the kindest person, but she is incredibly talented. With the type of work I do, I tend to have weeks where I feel completely worn and exhausted because I haven't taken time for myself. Karen is able to sense this right away and help me work through that to open up and allow me to just breathe again. I leave feeling light as a feather with a calm heart and mind.
