A friendly and inviting atmosphere that have amazing ladies for your hair care, nails, eyebrows, and lashes. I love the confidence I have when I leave the shop. You won't be disappointed. Thank you Jamie Walz for installing my hair extensions and maintenence. I love my hair!!! Sara the color is beautiful!!!

This Salon is NOT just a LOCAL GEM!!! I drive in all the way from Toronto to see Sarah Marshall, who performs LIVE magic on your tresses, no matter where you are at in your Hair transformation process! I had caved once and gone somewhere a little closer....to my impending greenish tinged horrible colour and dismay, I knew I should have remembered the cute qoute Sarah had above her station that read You are exactly where you need to be". (should have listened EACH TIME) lol Luckily

I drove 30 minutes from London, to find out they hadn’t even booked me even though I have a confirmed appointment and I asked questions about the stylist 3 days later. All messages were sent by the owner, Jamie.It’s very disheartening looking forward to a hair cut to only find out they said they booked you and then they didn’t.Maybe trying to scale too fast?Gas prices are high, my time is valuable, and this wasn’t fixable.My suggestion would be to take screen shots if the appointments booked, going forward (also, you can easily draw out the other clients, or use Google calendar and just bring up that individual appointment).

My experience was nothing less than high class. The gorgeous storefront leads you into a clean well decorated beautiful salon. Jamie and Tammy pampered me and turned my hair from damaged and dry to luscious, full natural locks. Cheers ladies Xo

I walked in one day to see if I could get a haircut. Being a newer establishment, I was unsure if they took walk-ins or not. I stood for a while behind this big wall in the middle of the salon, then popped my head around the side. The lady barely acknowledged me, so I asked aloud if they took walkins?. She said no we don't sorry". And that was it. It would have been real nice to have her ask what I needed

Cannot express how happy I am with my hair after seeing Tammy for my blonde and Jamie for my extensions! Tammy did an exceptional job bringing out the blonde I asked for, and made great suggestions. Jamie helped fill in my breakage spots for an overall fuller look with extensions, and matched the hair perfectly! The staff are SO friendly, I would recommend this salon to everyone! I cant wait to go back for my maitanence :)

I am from Tillsonburg and have driven ALL over trying to find the best of the best for my naturally brown hair going blonde.. I’ve been to London, Kitchener, Sarnia, everywhere! Turns out I just had to drive 15 minutes away to Ingersoll and into the hands of Sarah Marshall! She did an amazing job on my hair and it was literally half the price of everywhere else I went. She was so sweet and was upfront with the prices which I appreciate so much! Will be going back to her every time! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
