Miracle that not every rating is 1 star. Terrible customer service bordering on hostile. Felt discriminated in this place.

I was denied an amazon return. They (lied) said they do not accept amazon returns. However, they are listed as a shipping center on Purolators website. As others have said, I would be cautious of shipping or receiving packages here.

Paid $35 to Purolator for a delivery only to have to pay for a cab to go & pick it up. Already put me in a bad mood. Looked at the reviews for this place & got even more upset.I'm Christian though & consider myself smarter than the average person. Decided to walk a mile in the store owners shoes. Do they make alot of money off of holding these packages, no. Is it annoying to have paying customers waiting in line while you have to help sort out some random shipping, I imagine so.Decided to go at lunch time, maybe avoid this person. Also decided to purchase 6$ worth of random counter cookies I later gave to the cab driver. ( Put a smile on his face, made it slightly more bearable for store owner )The older lady that helped me was polite, the other female customer present engaged me in conversation and it turned out to be a very pleasant experience.Little bit of forethought & some patience goes a long ways nowadays.

I finally understand the reason for all the poor ratings at this store. The man at the teller was all but kind to everyone who went before me, folks who by virtue of speaking the same language as him I can surmise he had a certain kinship with. But took a very numb and sharp tone with me.give me your ID..""show me proof of address.."Granted there was a clerical error on the package

Cashier is rude and condescending. Bulk food is left out uncovered in front of register in a box on the ground. Would not recommended.

I come here a-lot to get packages. And the store used to be a disaster zone. I see now they have made changes I’m not sure if its new ownership but it must be. Great selection of Arabic sweets!

This Store also serves as a post office refused to give me my package. Refused my Status Card which is a legal form of id in Canada. The owner doesn't know legal id cards of Canada! Purolator tried to contact the owner 3 times and refused to answer their phone number that is listed. The store is also dirty and food is laying on the floor. If you ever come to the store you will notice dry goods and packaged goods on the floor. That's a food safety failure as all goods need to be on shelves. floor is not swept.

Not sure how they can be a Purolator Authorized Shipping Agent if they can't follow the terms set out by Purolator.

Go look up PC Connivence to see what this place is actually like. Horrible customer service, ignoring the rules of packages.They changed the name of the store to avoid the increasingly terrible reviews. Avoid at all costs! Have Purolator customer service on speed dial if you Need to pick something up there!
