We just had all of our windows replaced with Marlboro windows. Our experience has been positive overall and the windows look great.They seem to focus on customer service. There was a miscommunication between the person who measured the window openings initially before manufacture and the installer (some windows were installed flush with the inside, not the outside wall) but when I noted the issue after day 1 they redid all the windows in question and still finished the overall job in three days as promised. They were kind and courteous throughout. We would recommend them.

We are so happy with our windows. We did all but one of the windows in our house. Our first meeting with Samantha went great and the 2 crew members who did the instal were professional. The windows look great, everything fit well and the trim was installed flawlessly. We would definitely recommend.

I have an old house and needed to replace all the windows save for two that I had done previously by Verdun windows. Verdun's service was terrible, over-priced and the end product completely unsatisfactory. I was determined to get better windows and better service when I replaced the remaining six windows - three of which are very large picture windows. I did my research and after receiving tons of rave reviews both online and by word of mouth, I settled on Marlboro. I received excellent service from Samantha, who provided an estimate and had installers here with in a few weeks (not a small feat given COVID). The installers were professional, respectful and efficient and the finishing was excellent - I love, love, love my new windows and give Marlboro my top recommendation. I got great service and beautiful, energy-efficient windows at an excellent price. Rating them 1000/100!!

We are very pleased with our windows from Marlboro. From our initial meeting with Samantha through to the installation, all of our questions were answered promptly and knowledgeably. We are also impressed by the workmanship that went into manufacturing and installing our windows. We had a great experience shopping for and ordering windows from Marlboro! Samantha guided us through the selection process patiently and our install was super smooth. The installers worked really well with our contractors to get the flashing just right. Highly recommend!

excellent product and service! we had all windows/doors replaced by marlboro many years ago and they have stood the test of time. we had a minor issue with the locking mechanism on a single window (after many years of usage) and they came out in less than a week to resolve immediately. you will not be disappointed!

We've used Marlboro Window and Door to replace all of our windows and doors in our house. We are extremely happy with the service and quality of their products. Samantha is excellent at providing recommendations and assisting with selecting the right choices for our needs. Everyone was professional and quick to respond to questions and inquiries. Installation was carefully done and the site cleaned. We even had a custom window installed where they had to make the opening larger for the window and it turned out beautifully. We recently updated all of our windows and doors in our old home and couldn't be more thrilled. They look great. The quality is undeniable. And the price was better than the three other window companies we approached for quotes. What put Marlboro in a class by itself though was the initial contact by Samantha, who came to our home, explained all the different options and remained in close contact with speedy replies to any question we had. Even in the thick of the pandemic, with supply chain issues all around us, Marlboro manufactured our windows promptly and installed them quickly too. Happy to support an Ottawa-based business.

Had Marlboro replace four fairly large windows and a sliding door in November. Working with Samantha at first was terrific, she was so attentive and caring about my needs and budget and was willing to answer all of my many questions. She made a few recommendations that I wasn't sold on at first, like replacing two of my 3 frame windows for 2 frames.. am I ever glad I went for it as these seem so much larger and the view less obscured! I'm also glad she took the time to go over the upgrade from plain white on the outside to brown, it just pops and matches the colours of the exterior so much better compared to neighbours who've gone with white inside and out and the difference in price in the overall scheme of things was minimal and so worth it!Paul was great.. friendly and patient as he did the final measurement checkups and answered more of my questions. The crew of three who did the job were polite, efficient and finished it all in one day. The took care of replacing a bit of wood that had rotted under my sliding door, and also answered all my questions that came up during the process. I had a couple of followup questions/concerns and Tony came by to check it all out, another amazingly friendly and knowledgeable member of the team. He was agreeable on the few minor issues and had Paul come by shortly after to make everything good. All of my interactions with each of these folks was pleasant, fun, and assuring and I will certainly call them back soon to do the largest window and my front door and would recommend them to anyone doing upgrades or repairs.

We were really impressed with the service we received. We replaced our huge living room window and the 2 guys who replaced and installed it were professional, courteous and quick!
