I came to Karen with a mess of hair. A previous hair dresser on Vancouver Island( who shall not be named) butchered my hair. It was a complete disaster but some how Karen fixed what I thought was a lost cause. She worked with what was left on my head, fixed, shaped, and restyled my hair until it was beautiful once again. She was like magic! I have been to her since as I am growing back my length and each and everytime I have been pleased with the results. I am never going anywhere else again.

I have very curly, unruly hair and have always dreaded getting it cut due to so many bad experiences but I can honestly say that Karen is the only hair stylist who has given me a proper cut for my hair type!! I now love my hair! I just needed the right person to shape it for me and teach me how to work with it. Karen is so knowledgeable and reassuring. She takes such great care in her work and it shows! She made me feel at ease and went above and beyond to make me happy. I recommend Karen 100%, you will not regret it. Thanks Karen! See you next time!
