Best customer service by far, to the point where if they don’t have access to a part I’m looking for they have told me what competitor will have it and given me the cross referenced part number. That should say it all. Been a big help to me for years.

I was driving around the whole city on a Saturday looking for a particular nut and with it being such a small purchase you run into the usual snobby stuff everywhere, I happen to find alder auto parts , from the minute I spoke to the lady on the phone to the minute I got there and got the nut I needed she was extremely helpful very friendly and just a great experience. People are so busy in this world always complaining and writing negative reviews I thought I would write a good one

I have been purchasing auto parts from this location for the past couple years. They know their stuff and will go out of their way make sure you get what you need to get the job done. You will most likely not find better customer service at any other auto parts store this side of the Fraser. Check them out next time you have a chance. Keep up the excellent work!

Such an awesome parts place. I was in a jam and needed an item, they got in fast which got me on me on my way. Super friendly staff, Kim was wonderful! I highly recommend this place if you need parts!
