Avoid this landlord. Avoids repairs & is very cheap. Black mold on walls, rusty bathroom, awful noise at unreasonable hours. Complains & threatens when you deduct repairs off rent. Tried raising rent twice, complaining his hydro bill is high. He is only there when it comes to collect rent. Thank god this is my last month. Old tenant can vouch aswell.

J'ai reçu un excellent service de Dessol Paysagiste que j'ai découvert grâce à deux voisins qui m'ont recommandé cette entreprise. Les travaux sont impeccables et Denis, le propriétaire, était très amical et a le souci du détail. Je recommande fortement cette entreprise. Je suis tellement satisfaite des travaux exécutés que j'ai d'autres travaux pour eux cette année!
