The machine doesn’t take debit as a form of payment (not a huge deal) so I went to get cash out. Drove up to the machine in the second stall but it wouldn’t take any of my $5 dollar bills (it says it doesn’t take the new $10). Drove around to the first stall, it took one $5 bill and then wouldn’t take any more dollar bills after that. It refunded the $5 in loonies but it’s definitely not worth the trouble. Ended up going to a different car wash on Kingsway.

Went through the wash, paid 18$ for the deluxe wash, the machine sprayed polish" onto my car and then stopped

Overall the wash was good, but I did restart it three times (one time pressed stop by accident). But the problem is the price. It does show amount, not by minutes and no check. In my case it was 20+20+20. A bit expensive for a carwash.Will be heading back tomorrow to get 20$, since I didn't use it.PS. Problem was solved, updated review to 4 stars.

This car wash, very convenient and not busy at other shop. Now a day most of the car wash is automatic. This shop was still personal choice. Always people in and out. I am always going there. I like it.

Paid $18 for a deluxe car wash, then it glitched out and ended before rinsing and drying, we had to pay more to rinse it off in the self-serve section... This place is abandoned and not taken care of, avoid it and save your money.

Multiple settings were not working in my bay, pre-soak, clear coat protectant, and foam wax were not working.. It was OK. the 'location was pretty decent. But since I could not pre-soak and foam protectant or clear cost protectant, I'm giving it a 3. I would probably go back. Hopefully, it will be fully operational on one of my visits.

It's just a cheap quality of everything, chip machines never work. they charge you for scratching your car with their cheap quality brush and vacuum.Awful experience .never go back

It is the fourth time I have gone to this place to vacuum and wash my car. Be careful; the vacuum machine steals your coins. I put in $2 + $2 +$2 and the vacuum machine did not activate. If you go there before 9 am, no one is on-site to help. There are better places to wash your car.

I've been going here for 5 years, but lately, it's been going downhill. Drains not draining, hoses leaking all over you, soap not cutting dirt very well, low pressure sometimes, wrong fluid type coming through the hose sometimes, change machine broken half the time. It's becoming very run down and not getting any maintenance in the past year or so. I will be looking for a new place to go, unfortunately.

Lost money in the self serve wash and there was no one to talk to there in the middle of the day, they did not answer their phone and returned my call a couple of days later. In the meantime I saw the owners email on another review and I had communication with him, and he advised the staff were not able to start their shift on time that day. I did finally get my money back but they don’t make it easy to contact people.
