I didn't know where to start when I was told I was the father.. I called Canadian DNA Services and the friendly, supportive staff walked me through everything from start to finish. After numerous accusations, I finally felt some relief after finding out I was in fact not the father. I do hope this child finds a daddy one day though. Thank you Canadian DNA Services.

Beware of this company - I ordered a DNA test from two companies: one came back positive, the Canadian DNA one came back negative. False positive is virtually impossible while false negative can result from poor sample handling but Canadian DNA refused to acknowledge their error. I recommend staying away from them

Don't boter paying for a rush on getting your results back, they advertise 3-5 days for $100 when really it's $100 for 7-10.You provide your email even so they can send results electronically, no, they send it in the mail where you wait another 2 days.Called and said I wanted my money back for paying for the 'rush', was told that even though they took 10 days instead of the advertised 3-5 it's not their problem.

I called in order to place an order for baby gender testing and I was promised I would receive a call back in 24-48 hours. I did not receive a call back until one week later, and only after I called to see why I had not heard anything. In addition, the pricing on their website is misleading. They advertise a cost of $290. What they do not tell you is that the price is quoted in US dollars, despite it being apparently a canadian website. There is also a $60 shipping fee, despite claims that there is free shipping on the website. In all of the circumstances, I did not trust them to complete the testing.

I had always wondered if my sister and I had the same father so we contacted Canadian DNA Services and had a siblingship test done. They had a mobile unit that came out to see us which made it very convenient and easy. I also found the prices to be very reasonable and we had are results back in only 5 days. The customer service we received was excellent, the staff were very knowledgeable and we were treated with the utmost respect. I would defiantly recommend their services to others!

Excellent and friendly service with quick results. Definitely would recommend to anyone -- 100% legit and reliable, not sure why others have commented otherwise, but I can personally say from my experience that Canadian DNA Services was nothing but professional and accommodating to my needs!
