To be honest, I wasn’t sure what to expect, and didn't know a whole lot about tapping, or what I’d gain from from an intuitive life coach approach. From the start, Sarah made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. She had me open up about certain stressors in my life, and talked about my feelings and why I thought the way I did. During the whole session I felt comfortable and knew I was in a safe space. I was honest with her, as well as myself about life and feelings. I wouldn’t say I was fully skeptic of tapping, I just wasn’t sure it was for me, or that it’d help my way of thinking! Within minutes, I wasn’t believing what she was having me say, I felt silly and like the words were not at all true, or reflected how I felt. When she asked why I was laughing and what was wrong, I explained I didn’t believe in what I was saying over and over. She continued with one more round, and I barely made it passed the first tap before I couldn’t say the words without believing in them… these were my own words and my own stressors I had previous stated before…she had simply wrote them down, and added them all to a sentence for me to say. I couldn’t believe that was my way of thinking and how wrong I was. Sarah has changed my whole outlook, and helped me see what I was missing out on, and how i actually felt! I would 100% recommended Sarah to anyone who needs help overcoming fears and stressors! I’m still blown away!

Sarah's guidance arrived during what was probably the most crucial crossroad of my life. I had an hour long Reiki session with Sarah. The mood was very calm and serene. I could feel the healing wash over me in waves as I relaxed. I was in a very anxious and grieving state and the calm and power of Sarah's healing was exactly what I needed. It's very rare to be treated by someone so intuitive with their gift. Sarah suggested tapping for my knees, which have been problematic for many years. Bad knees run in my family, so I didn’t have much hope, but decided to try it anyway.
