Our experience with Origen has been extremely positive. It's always scary to switch from the big telephony companies we are so used to (i.e. Bell, Videotron, etc.) yet so fed up with. Origen has opened our eyes to what the market truly has to offer and to how far telephony and technology have gone.With Origen we've saved money on our monthly telephony and Internet costs and we've created operational efficiencies within our business. Few examples of some breakthroughs: we are able to track every one of our online advertising campaign's results through dedicated phone numbers for each campaign, we are able to limit client theft by former employees thanks to call forwarding, and we have access to unlimited options with no extra fees.Lastly, their staff, more specifically Julian and Amghad, are attentive, dedicated, and helpful. You can expect expert business advice rather than just a telephony service.

Still waiting on the cheque they say they've mailed twice since July 16 2018. I am a delivery service in British Columbia and was asked to print, collate and deliver a package as they missed fed ex......almost 2 months for canada post? I think they just don't want to pay the whole 63.96 I charged for my services. I would give negative stars if possible

L'Unité d'intervention mobile L'Anonyme est client chez Origen depuis quelques mois maintenant. Nous sommes très satisfaits du service offert par cette compagnie. Au départ, l'entente concernant l'installation (heure du rendez-vous et délai concernant le travail à faire) a été respectée. Par la suite, nous avons eu des réponses rapides et concrètes aux petits pépins que nous avons rencontrés; tant au niveau du service à la clientèle (Amgad) que du service technique (Alex).
