The staff at Wintronics was so helpful! I have been looking for a laptop for quite some time, not quite sure what exactly I wanted/needed but having an idea in mind. At first I called the store and Joey gave me a run down on all laptops they had in stock, specs and prices. When I went in, my mind was not completely made up and him and his partner were very helpful, showed me the options and gave me their recommendations. I made my purchase based on their recommendation and I am very happy! It's not what I thought I wanted but it is the perfect laptop for our family and meets our requirements! Thanks so much! Definitely recommend these guys as they took their time to make sure I was comfortable walking out of the store with what I had bought.

Khalid (or, Khaled? sorry, not sure of the spelling :) is amazing. I own a small business so I need to keep costs down. I've gone to him for computer repairs, battery replacements, general laptop questions (Mac), tech help for my clinic sound system, solutions to general software and hardware problems, and most recently I needed a solution for my TV/video waiting room advertising/promotion system. Khalid provides me as much time and energy as it takes to get my problems resolved and my ideas for my business sorted out! He has been very instrumental to me. I'd have paid THOUSANDS for a company to come in and I just can't afford that, so he helped me be creative and resourceful. Wintronics has everything you need and will find a way to help you make your project work. The prices are very reasonable and their return polices for things that I don't end up needing or using is solid. Thank you so much! I'll be back and I'm happy to spread the word!!

Rashid was amazing with getting me set up with everything that I needed.Very patient and knowledgeable. Khalid did a great job putting everything together, it all runs very smooth.
