Dover Daycare

My daughter went to this daycare. I have worked at this daycare. My daughter was being bullied as I watched another kids hurt my child and I was getting written up for it. I worked in another room. My daughter was allowed to play with scissors and cut up all her pairs of pants they wouldn't help her use the potty. I was bullied by my own boss at this daycare. The husband didn't have his level one and had to have me and his wife Julia to do the questions and answers for him because he doesnt know how to speak well English or understand much English because he wasn't allowed to take this kids in the van alone without his level one child care at the time Licensing came and to tell Julia that I had to take all the kids out of the van at very stop but they said that was to much work and that we shouldn't have to do that. They never washed the toys. They wouldn't make enough food for the kids to eat. They always were still hungry at the time but Julia said that's all they had for them. One another time I wasn't walking to the kids and the told me something that happened and the another worker should of reported it as she seen it happen and Julia locked me in her office till I wrote a statement. I gave my two weeks notice and took my daughter out of that daycare ASAP.

There is a language barrier nobody in the building speaks English very well. They didn't ask about my son when I dropped him off they didn't care. My son is potty training and they refused to keep up with it. First saying they didnt have a potty and when I offered to bring his potty they then stated that he's too young and they wouldn't continue. So they don't meet the individual needs of children. Julia has not responded to me in 2 days after she accepted the money for this month's child care. I have had to miss work and call my mother to watch my son because I can not get a hold of anybody. I want nothing to do with this place. I already gave my 30 day notice but my son will not be going through those doors again. Horrible place

My daughter's social skills increased when she started attending this daycare. Her communication and language skills also vastly improved, thanks to the patience of Miss Julia and the other teachers. My daughter loves going to this daycare and she throws a tantrum whenever she misses a school day. Mr. No, Ingrid, Shirley and the others (I forgot their names) are the best support staffs. I recommend this childcare 100% and it will be one of the best decisions you will ever make.

I have just started working here recently and this is a great Day Care!. The owner Mrs. Julie is amazing, kind and professional,as well as the staff are amazing, you could be yourself around everyone. job is very relaxed, stress-free, and enjoyable, as well the children have fun and are happy during the day. Overall this is a great working environment that is very organized and clean. I recommend this Day Care to both workers and parents, and I look forward to continue working here.

My son started here when he was just 14 months and it was great, now he is 4.5 and things are bad, my son tells me Mrs. Julia is a bully and a guard. And for a 4.5 year old he is required to have no accidents as she doeant have the time or staff to help train my son to potty train. This is his second home away from home. She has since kicked him out. Unless your kid can go to the washroom like a grown adult at 3, 4 and 5 I would look else where. Oh and the price is ridiculous, I found alot cheaper for alot better. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DAYCARE!!!

My son started attending Dover Daycare when he was 12 months old - he was there for over 4 years until he starts Kindergarden this year. Great place, takes very good care of the kids, staff is wonderful. They operate on family values, serve nutritious food, have a clean facility, have professional and caring staff that treat the kids as their own. They are constantly doing a variety of crafts and activities, and our child came home with a different little creation every single day. I can't thank enough for taking care of my son for so many years! Highly recommend.

my daughter loves it the she been there since she was 12 month and I wound change her daycare even if I moved the staff treat you like a family and involve you in event has gapping there LOOOOVVVVEEE IITTTT
