I ordered a Ficus Lyrata from them (10 inch tree). There was a lot of damage on the older leaves including two leaves that were half ripped off.... they weren't found in the packaging so it must've happened before it was wrapped up. There was a small pile of fertilizer on top of the earth which I thought was strange. The newest leaves have Edemas on them. The only plus side is that it hasn't dropped any leaves and I've had it since December 29th. I contacted them to ask what happened to this poor plant on the 30th and see if I should give it any special care, or remove some of the fertilizer and still haven't received a response. The plants at Home Depot have less damage than this... edited to add the call I had with the store January 5th (I called) when I explained the damage to the plant however answered just kept saying not to over water the plant

Love this place, I have many plants from here I’ve bought over the past 2 years and all have been in great health! Never had any issues with pests while buying from them, the staff has always been friendly and available for questions, and just a beautiful store to visit in general. I used to feel their prices were a little high, but I feel they’ve become more reasonable and the health of the plants themselves is worth the money (compared to cheaper plants I’ve gotten that have not faired as well from other plant stores). They also have promos and deals on plants (2$ for 2” plants, 20% off all plants, etc) a couple times a year which is always worth it!

Very professional, friendly and helpful. Love the selections of their plants and unique potteries. Brought my elderly mother there and she loved it. I have been shopping here for the last 10 years and the service has always been good and so I'd thought that it was long overdue to give them a good review.

Plenty of nice plants! The staffs can be busy at times, so they might not be able to serve anyone.Well priced and pretty good quality!

Stopped in today not planning to buy just yet, but walked away with a beautiful fishbone cactus. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Thank you!

You only get one chance at customer service and this business failed.1. Order placed online for in store pick up2. Store calls to say product is received.3. Customer makes his way to store (which is very much out of the way), pays for parking4. Store does not have the correct product ordered.5. Offers option to order again and pick up again 2 weeks later.6. After some insisting by customer, store agrees to offer free shipping to customer’s home7. Store manager rudely calls back customer and insists that either customer cancels order or pays for shipping.8. Customer cancels order.You only get one chance people! Especially when you are a boutique store trying to survive in a big box store world. At this point, the flower section at Provigo has better customer service.Frustrating experience overall. If you want new customers but aren’t willing to service them professionally, then you don’t want new customers.

Professional, thoughtful, and very friendly. I always have a great experience regularly ordering flowers from there, whether it's dealing with amazing Sophie or the rest of Team Vertuose.A++++

I do not typically ever leave bad reviews for any business, but my experience at this business was beyond poor.Being a business owner myself, I will always try to contact the business directly to rectify any problems.I bought a 200$ planter from this store and received one with a faulty loose leg. After 3 weeks, it collapsed breaking in half and the plant tipped over as a result.I reached out to the business via email on 4 different occasions, each time either I received no reply or that they will get back to me . It has been months since the first email and at this point, The planter is in the garbage, I’m out 200$ for a poor quality planter and no replyIt is a nice store, and I did like their products but they have zero customer service. I do not recommend and will not return. Buyer beware!

A friend invited me to dinner at her place, so I wanted to bring a small gift. I discovered Vertuose on the web, which showed that it sells very beautifully designed terrariums. I went to the store and selected one. The salesperson took the initiative to ask if it was to be a gift, and wrapped it up as gift at no extra charge. Very friendly and accommodating.
