Uptown herb has become my go-to dispensary now. The vibe is great, staff is super friendly, the products are top notch and the prices are amazing. No need to go anywhere else.

Fantastic customer service, wide variety of products to pick from, and they price match. Not that I've ever needed to because their prices are great to start with too. Definitely my go to shop :)

Best shop in town! If you're worried about price- they match anything you show them. (Even the member" rates of other spots.) Quality- they have all the goods AND knowledge to help you pick what's good for you. Every level of service is here...you can sit down while they curate selections to show you. You can pop in for a quick grab. All around good spot. Not corporate at all

This is the best Dispensary in the KW Region for sure, and may be the best cannabis store I have been too period. The staff here are incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable. The staff will help find the right stuff for you and your lifestyle. If you are serious about Cannabis or even beginning to dip your toes in it. This place has got you covered. 5 stars all day!

Absolutely the best legal pot / accessories shop I've ever been to. This is a down-home family owned business where they care about the experience of every customer who walks in. There is no comparison between a shop like this and a massive chain store. They even have cute dogs here :)

Easily the best store in Waterloo! The owners (Tom and Bre) know their stuff inside and out. Great staff, great selection and great prices! What else do you need?

Owner and Staff are awesome. Know about gas and don’t play around, won’t convince you to buy boo grade. AND they have lowest prices. No brainer!

The 4 stars is for the staff/service, location, and nifty grass wall upon entering lol. The dude working was the ideal candidate for a store such as this because he was not the least bit rude or pushy(Canna Cabana Beechwood could learn from this tbh). The only reason I didn't give it five stars was because all of the product was in the back room; thus eliminating the ability to even read the content specifications on the packaging & pricing wasn't readily available with signage; which is a touch inconvenient and also annoying for everyone because the consumer has to continually ask questions if the required information isn't present(I didn't have my phone on me either to peruse their website). I didn't enjoy the flower I obtained( but this has nothing to do with this establishment as the products are prevalent at pretty much most places in town from what I've seen(Individual results do vary though), which led me to get additional product at Canna Cabana when this strain couldn't do it for me(meanwhile this was better than the Replacement" from them ;) ). Will return regardless."

The owner is friendly and knows his product. He looks you in the eye when he talks to you, and his wife and the rest of his employees give off a warm chill energy. They work hard, they anticipate your needs, and are all extremely genuinely good peeps.You see, this is the kind vibe you foster with your fav barber, bartender, or local butcher. The vibe in that store gives me a sense of community that's sometimes not so easy to find.On top of it, they have exceptional deals, and their product is ALWAYS at the very least, above average.I highly recommend this store to both old school stones and the Yute. They 'll never steer you wrong.
