After being unsatisfied with my prior company, I hired Planet Concrete to handle my snow removal this year. So, yes, I'm really glad I made the switch. They did not let us down. They finished the work quickly after the snow had stopped falling and were very dependable.

We bought a house and on moving day we had a big snow storm. We went to our new house a few hours prior to the move and realized the snow was too deep in the driveway to shovel. We decided to try Planet Concrete. The process was super easy. We left and within an hour, we were notified the job was done. They did a wonderful job. I was so glad I saw this business and gave it a try.

Used the snow removal services from Planet Concrete, Dave last season but the experience has been very disappointing. They are not responsive, do not show up 2 days until after snow and when they do, the job that the contractors do is pretty shoddy and makes it even worse to get the snow cleared up. Last season we payed for the whole season and they showed up only two times the whole season. We tried contacting Dave multiple times but unfortunately their isn’t any control over quality of service. We ended up doing the snow removal on own own for the rest of the season. I would not be using their services again and would not recommend them due to the dismal experience we had.
