Customer service was great. I haven’t tried tacos before, so I couldn’t tell if it’s better or worse. Personally I think it’s not something I really like. Online order website was simple and easy to use.

Today we ordered 3 beef tacos, 1 chicken taco, and 1 chicken taco salad. The tacos from TacoTime have always been our favourite food, however today we were really disappointed because the tacos were not made properly. They were so empty and barely had any meat or veggies in them. The chicken taco was the worst because it had such small portions of veggies and when we opened the taco we could barely find any chicken.

We went there yesterday. The food is always fresh and the staff USE TO BE always friendly but The girl that worked the counter at taco time on march 14 at aviation is the rudest person ever and got our order wrong When we asked her name she said BYE ! Twice. She definitely should not be in customer service dealing with the public. She clearly hates her job I’m never going back.

They have the best and the fast customer service . Great food quality and fresh food . I tried there veggie burrito , those were very good . They have lots of veg options to try . Must visit this place. Will recommend to all.

Dear Kuldipji,I recently visited your TacoTime location at Aviation in Calgary and I have to say that I was quite disappointed with my experience. Specifically, I ordered the no-dairy veggie burrito and was surprised at how unsatisfying it was. After only a few bites, the burrito felt quite empty and lacked the expected salsa and beans that I had come to enjoy at other TacoTime locations. As a loyal customer of TacoTime for almost 20 years, I have visited many locations across Canada, but my last 3-4 visits to this particular location have left me feeling like it's not worth the price.Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location in the future, and I may even discourage others from visiting it as well. I felt that it was important for you to know about my experience and what's happening at your business. Thank you for your attention.---------------------------------------3 Months Ago visit----------------------------------------I recently visited TacoTime at Aviation in Calgary and was really impressed with the no-dairy veggie burrito. It was excellent, but with less filling. I am a loyal customer to TacoTime and have visited many locations in Canada since almost 20 years, but on my last few visits, I felt like it was not worth it for the price I paid. In fact, they've recently started charging extra for hot sauces. The staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxed.

I would like to give 5 star for the taco time located at aviation customer service. I ordered food online and when we reached there it's was all ready on time . We didn't had to wait or ask for anything. Taco time has best Mexican food perfect taste for kids and adults.. mexi fries is one of the worth trying dish..

Taco Time has best mexican fast food. But I specially go to this Taco Time location whenever I’m in town. They have the best tacos, food quality is so good. Staff is very friendly and provide great customer service. They never disappointed me. I do recommend trying their Quesadillas.

I usually have a good experience here, the staff are understanding and have good customer service. Food is delivered on time and I always get reward points and come to revisit again. Sucks that there is no spicy chicken burrito anymore but I do enjoy the mexi fries and quesadilla.

I asked for two dipping sauces w/ my large Mexi-fry; I got one. Every other TT in AB gives me two w/ large order.Mexi-fries were cold, completely changes the taste and texture.Not likely I'll return to this location.

Unfortunately good customer service does not exist here. When I ordered a meal with a friend just after 9:00pm today (Friday), I was asked whether I would like my meal to stay or to go. After I replied that I’d like it to stay, the cashier informed me that we could not sit at one of the tables to eat because they are closed. Confused, I asked what time they closed, to which she replied “2:30 but you can’t eat here.” I’m still not sure why she even asked whether we would like to stay if that wasn’t an option. We politely expressed disappointment and ate our food outside on the sidewalk. Huge thumbs down to this establishment.
