Ryan responded to me immediately and sent his technician Brendan over the same day to service my furnace and air conditioning unit. They did a great job! I highly recommend them.

We are living in the same house for almost 20 years and owning HVAC system for 13 years, so I have dealt with multiple service companies over the years. Some good, but some were terrible.We were happy for 3 years with a local company that unfortunately became part of large national service provider. I cancelled my short-term contract with them and decided we will be better off working with a local service company. I see much more accountability this way, in case you need service follow up etc.Luckily, I have found Ryan Heating & AC and yesterday they provided exceptional tune-up service on our furnace and heat pump. Since this was the first visit, we reviewed the system, discussed possible future issues, tune-up frequencies, and also some easy and low-cost improvements we can make ourselves to make our system run more efficiently.I would definitely recommend Ryan’s services to a friend. Honest approach and great personality!

Ryan is a very nice man, he has been magnificent at fixing our AC and Furnace! He has helped us several times and he really knows his stuff!!He is very fast, efficient and professional!!His rates are reasonable and he has fixed any problems we have had over the years.If you are looking for great service and a professional in the trade you must contact Ryan he is genuinely amazing!!

Ryan was awesome! He was exceptionally honest about the options we had and was more than willing to work with us on our time schedule to make sure we were completely satisfied. Ryan is amazing! We had a non functioning gas fireplace and had three other technicians from three different companies trying to fix it!?! They would come, fireplace would work for a day after their visit and it would stop again. When I would call them back they would ignore my calls. One of them even suggested that we buy a new one from them because this brand was supposedly no good! Ryan was able to fix it in 15 minutes! He also explained the whole issue in detail. It has been 2 weeks now and it is still good as new. Call Ryan and save yourself the hassle!

Ryan was truly excellent. He repaired our air conditioner and explained the entire plan of attack. I had another company out to fix it earlier in the week but they couldn't explain the issue well, didn't fix (or even look for) the root cause, and charged me nearly twice what Ryan did. Our system had a simple loose connection and we haven't had a problem with it since. I'm very happy with the service we recieved. When our hot water tank goes or we have any other heating/cooling problems we'll be calling Ryan.

We are very happy with Ryan's service, best we ever received. Ryan went above and beyond. He answered all our questions, provided a detailed affordable quote,showed up on time and was kind and patient with the installation of our new furnace. He also took time to place down mats to protect our floors and respect our home. I would recommend him to anyone.I wish we had met him earlier when our hot water tank died. We hired Ryan again recently as our previous LG gas range that he originally installed last year became faulty and Home Depot decided to exchange it for us. He came out on short notice and disconnected the old range. New stove did not arrive in the meantime so he went for another job in Maple Ridge and then to another job in Pitt Meadows. I had text him to let him know that the stove finally arrived. He came back from Pitt Meadows, all the way to Mission as he knew I hada dinner party in the evening and the wife needed the stove to cook. He cares for his customers and it really shows. Thanks for the service Ryan!! Dinner will be a success thanks to you.

Ryan was fantastic. He came out later in the afternoon/evening and was totally professional. Ryan diagnosed the problem, and had the furnace working and repaired within an hour. Professional and would 100% recommend!
