TRU Viewpoint
Recommended if you were like me who was passing by the city and wanted a view of the whole place. It was a beautiful and publicly accessible viewpoint for all of Kamloops and the Thompson Rivers. The parking was not free, but I suppose you won't stay there for more than a few minutes around the car, so it should be ok.

Good place to go and eat a packed lunch in the middle of a hard day.The view is so amazing you tend to want to stay longer than the half an hour your allotted though.

Perfect location for taking pictures of lower Kamloops and surrounding panoramas within Thompson rivers, spectacular views and fresh air to enjoy. Parking is free during weekend

One of the best views in town I've come across. Just have to deal with some adolescents ripping around in the parking lot, but have never had any issues with them

Finally, a beautiful and publicly accessible viewpoint for all of Kamloops and the Thompson Rivers! Parking at the university, however, is not free.
