We had the best tax preparation experience ever! We came to this office because of all the amazing Google reviews and our expectations were exceeded. Ken really knows his stuff, when I missed claiming some expenses he caught my mistake and saved us alot of money, his 30 years of experience and caring attitude was truly appreciated. When I had a couple of followup questions the next day, Doug answered my call and gave me the same great service in non-rushed easy to understand terms. If you don't get your taxes prepared at this location then you're missing out!

Very poor customer service I've been trying to get an over payment back from Liberty Tax for over 1 month ....Merv and his team keep telling me it's coming from head office but I've received nothing from head office.I would not recommend Libery Tax to do your taxes

Got my taxes done and later on got to know that they charge $150 for business, but I was never aware of that. Every time I asked for the price they had told me its $116. The lady who told me at the receptionist was Natalia. And then when I spoke to manager, he never apologized, and kept saying its $150 and said I can't confirm what the receptionist told you. But either way, would suggest to confirm with the them the price before you start getting your taxes done.
