CBI Health

The CBI health center preforms greatly on all accounts of their services. I have just recently started physiotherapy for my neck and back for whiplash after a car accident. The receptionists at the front desk are always welcoming, organized and informative. From the start I was given a treatment plan made by Thomas and it has steadily improved my mobility ever since; putting me back into the climbing community that I was out of for some time. The incorporation of on-site therapy and at home exercises has worked together to ensure full effects of the treatment I have received. I am very happy with the services I have so far received and would recommend anyone who seeks physio therapy to the CBI Health Center!

What a great environment! The staff here are very warm and welcoming and helped me understand my injury. They educated me on ways to prevent it in the future and I’ve been pain free ever since!

The Occupation Therapist Kim and the Driving Examiner Tim are super nice and professional! They accompanied me to finish my driving assessment and even taught me a little bit on how to drive!Thank you so much CBI Health Centre!

omg I am so thankful for this place.the people are so friendly. they show that they care about you and your injury. and I just can't express how much their hard work means to me in helping me get better.I have had the pleasure of having sandra and jaclyn working with me 2 times a week and even though I feel like I'm crazy, they make me feel better. they make me laugh and the one on one with them is great.thank you so much!!

I cannot say anything bad about the therapists here, they are knowledgeable and pleasant providers. The fraudulent billing practices of this company are another story. I have caught them; trying to charge for 1 hour when I was only there 30 minutes. Trying to bill my extend health insurance twice for the same visit. Continually charging my insurance company 6 months after receiving treatment. And finally they do not respect the MVA $ limits given to them by law, and choose to bill to whatever amount they choose. It is not worth the mental anguish to receive treatment here.

I have been seeing Heather for lower back pain and she has made a world of difference. I can tie my own shoes now!!!! Heather is always on time and always explains everything so I can understand what is going on. Love walking into CBI as they always make you feel welcome. I recommend this place to everyone that may need it.

I love this place!Since I was in a car accident I have been coming here for back pain, headaches and numbness in my arm and hand. My arm has completely healed and my headaches have subsided! My back still gives me trouble but we’re still working through it but they have made it easier to live with and my range of motion has increased greatly since coming here. They made dealing with insurance super easy and helped me fill out all the paper work. The staff are friendly, caring and although I suffer from social anxiety they make me feel comfortable with myself and the process of healing. I would 10/10 recommend!

This place is awesome! I was referred here by WSIB for my concussion recovery. They created a custom program specific to my symptoms and needs. My team consisted of Jackie (chiro), Ashley (kinesiologist), Elissa (OT), Rajni (psych), Clare (OT) and Dr. Naheem (neurologist). They are all lovely people ... caring, compassionate, empathetic, professional, I could go on and on. The reception area is a quiet space with a very welcoming and friendly staff. I'm talking about you, Sharon, Elliot and Stephanie. They have quiet treatment areas and even a quiet gym area. If you are recovering from any kind of injury I would recommend this place.
