I have to say when Kelly first opened in Youngstown I was Very excited to have a close place to go to get my eyebrows waxed. I found out then, that she does so much more. I never really had a skin care routine and up to this point I had never received a facial or any kind of skin treatment. Kelly was very patient, offered her advice and answered all my questions. She is very friendly and professional and I have never been disappointed with any service I have received. In fact, I now use the products she has recommended at home and see her once a month for a routine facial! My skin has never felt better!!! Kelly has a customer for life!

I’ve had a couple of facials with Kelly and I also treated my best friend to a facial with her for her birthday. I love her space. Always very clean and inviting. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. I was going through a rough period with my skin and she took the time to go through my products and told me what I should use and when. I would recommend her to anyone.

Started with a facial and have received many services since then. I’ve done a lash tint and lift, eyebrow shaping and tint and additional facials. My face and skin look amazing for a long period of time after. Kelly is also knowledgeable about skin care, routines and products. All around amazing experience! ❤️
