Understand busy but not at the cost of the customer. I felt not listened to in my hair cut description of a trim. She seemed in a rush, and cut my hair in a way I did not want. I felt manhandled when she went to move my head to cut and gaslit when explaining why my hair was wrongly cut. Horrible will not go back

Worst kind of customer service you might have seen in life. A customer comes 3 days in a row and they don’t consideration. Do visit if you want to waste your precious time. First day they said they can’t because they’re closing soon. Acceptable. Second day they closed early because of short staff. Third day even after calling them and being on time they had no consideration and send people back without the service. No respect whatsoever for the customer

I went to this First Choice Haircutters for a cut on Vernon Avenue in Victoria on September 20, 2022. My hair stylist was Lhasaja" who was amazing. I told her what I wanted and she took her time and made sure I was happy with my cut. She was a great conversationalist and we chatted the entire time she was cutting my hair. I felt at ease in her chair and I would highly recommend her as a hair stylist to cut anyone's hair. I am already looking forward to getting her to cut my hair the next time I need a trim! And I thought the price for a cut was extremely reasonable at $23.89. Thanks Lhasaja!"

Every time you will find someone new, 1st time it was good, this time a Asian lady was there and she destroyed my hairs and she cut so short that even I can’t go to another salon for correction. Now I m not able to hide my hairs for almost 2 months

Usually this place is fine for a quick simple cut, but my last experience was terrible. I asked for the back and sides to be taken down to about half an inch, or a #3 clipper with is 3/8 of an inch, and an inch and a half of hair on top. I left with my back and sides with a 1-2 fade and a 3 on top. Its the second the old lady has botched my hair cut and she has a reputation at other first choice locations for her hack jobs.

Walked in and only waited fifteen minutes, got in a chair very quickly. Hairdresser was very personable and professional. Gave great suggestions and a very stylish haircut.
