Penny was so incredibly nice! She was so helpful and pulled out dresses I was interested in. The place was small, but I love how it was just me. I loved the intimate feeling of it.

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. Penny was an absolute gem the whole time she dealt with me. She somehow knew exactly the kind of dress and vibe I wanted with just a few words, she helped to pick out the best details, and was SO QUICK with alterations. The dress was absolutely stunning, and I could not have been happier with it all! Highly recommend Couture Bridal Outlet!

Couture Bridal Outlet created such a special wedding dress shopping experience! Bill and Penny provided the most personalized service imaginable. We were the only appointment in the shop, which made my mom and me feel so calm and well taken care of. Not only was the service of the highest caliber, but so were the dresses! Each one was beautiful and in wonderful condition. Penny also did the alterations on my dress, and she made sure every stitch was perfect. Highly recommend.

Found my reception dress at this hidden gem! They have all styles of dresses and sizes. I was going to wear a simple cocktail dress but it was too casual for my venue… So went there by chance three weeks before my reception date and was able to find something simple and elegant. I had to choose something close to my size so I basically only had the length and sides altered! my dress is cream under lace and crystals. My pictures showed both tones depending on lighting. Price of dress is discounted but it depends on the type of dress, if you choose to have alterations done there and taxes. It still adds up… things to think about. I needed something fast without skimping on quality. So glad I came across this place ❤️

September 2022: I had the pleasure of going to Couture Bridal Outlet this past weekend. After visiting 4 other bridal stores before Couture Bridal Outlet, I was feeling defeated. I had the pleasure of going along wedding dress shopping with my future daughter-in-law. After several other shops and no luck we went to Couture the next day. We were greeted by Bill who gave us a quick tour of the shop. He introduced us to Penny, the seamstress, and they went to work finding the perfect dress. They listened to what she wanted and didn't want as well. She came out in the most amazing dress with a huge smile. They were amazing working with her and the dress. Showing exactly what the alternations would do. They never rushed us and even took their own pictures. The attention given to her compared to other places was awesome. Thank you Couture for all you do!!

I visited Couture Bridal Outlet twice - once to try on dresses December 2021 with Penny and once to purchase accessories for my dress in February 2022. Both times Penny and Bill were very sweet and patient and were committed to finding what I was looking for.Penny was patient with me as I tried on different style of dresses to figure out what I was looking for - I went in having never tried on a dress and I wasn't sure of the direction I was going for. Finally, she put me in a Justin Alexander dress which was a breakthrough for me - but wasn't 100% there. Either way, I really liked that while she and Bill tried to make it work for my budget, they weren't pushy so I didn't feel overly pressured to get the dress. I found my perfect gown elsewhere, but I wanted to go back to Couture Bridal in Elgin (having other options in Chicago) because of their beautiful accessories and great customer service. The appointment for my accessories went great, and I found accessories perfect for my wedding look and my budget - Bill got what I was going for immediately and showed me many wonderful options. I am not getting married till September, but will be posting my complete look when I do! Thanks again!!

I cannot say enough good things about Couture Bridal Outlet. After purchasing a dress at another bridal shop that I was unsure of, I decided to continue my search. I texted photos of my current dress to William. His feedback was honest and he said the dress was beautiful and encouraged me to keep it! Who does that!! William and Penny are complete professionals and really do what is best for the customer. In my book, will be paid back in spades, as I purchased my veil and accessories from Couture Bridal, without hesitation. I would highly recommend CBO, for their integrity, kindness and professionalism.

I recommend this place and Penny 100%. I won a gift certificate during a bridal expo and Penny has been a god send ever sense. I did not find my dress at her store but that didn’t stop her from helping me ever step of the way. We used the gift certificate for my veil and I also got accessories for myself and the bridesmaids. Any time I reach out to her she’s there to help. She truly cares about the bride and making her day as magical as possible. Thank you Penny for everything you do!
