Used Mr Happy Hotub twice and he was nothing but professional helpful and expedient. I will 100% use him again (if needed... Hopefully not). Quick to respond, expertise and competent.

Writing this review after Happy Hot Tub drove out to my place in Tavistock to fix my hot tub roughly 1 year ago. Wasn't heating up and 1 pump wasn't working so replaced both. Happy to report the tub is still running great! Will call again if and when the next repair is needed!

Was as helpful as he could be over the phone and though I ended up not needing in person help, I will definitely call him for service when needed.

Excellent company! They were referred to me by a Spa dealer for repairs to my older hot tub. Completed their online service request form. Got a return call the next day. They took down my tub details and emailed me a quote on a replacement Spa Pack within 48hrs. It was very reasonably priced. I booked a service call to have it replaced. He called me the day of the service appt. to confirm he was on route. Arrived and completed the repairs in a timely fashion. Went through the operating instructions for the new more up to date equipment with my wife and I. Provided online links for operating instruction reference in the future. The unit has been running perfect for over a month now. I could not be more pleased with the professionalism and quality of service I received.
