The food is so good! Some of it was a little too spicy for my taste, but not too spicy that my mouth was on fire the entire night. In actual fact, the only spicy stuff came from the appetizers of my friends. None of the food I ordered was spicy though, or very mildly spicy, which is the way food is supposed to be. If there's heat, there should be flavour as well.What did I eat? I had their Eat Like a Superstar combo, and there's three different price points, so I had the middle one, which consisted of naan (I think it was garlic naan), rice, some sort of barbecued chicken, vegetable pakora (like a mashed up fritter of some sort), Indian salad, a chick pea curry dish, some raita (for my naan, I'm guessing, and maybe for the chicken and pakora too), and of course, I had to have my favourite Indian dish, butter chicken. The combo also included one of those delicious honey balls that they call Gulab Jamun. I definitely could've had more gulab jamun. It was a lot of delicious food that I couldn't finish, so I had to give up on the chick pea curry thing. Don't get me wrong, it was very good, but something had to give. I finished everything else. I was the only one in my group who did the combo thing, so I'm sure I had the best deal.With the food being this great, where is everybody? I was there with a small group, so overall, there were just six of us, and another six people (three groups of two) came for takeout and that was all for the entire 2+ hours that we were there. I don't get it. Sure, it's the Christmas season, and yes, people are trying to finish up their shopping, but there's also Christmas parties happening at various restauants, but I guess they're not happening at this restaurant? I don't know. Maybe it's slow for other restaurants too, but it was like we had our own private dining room, and I didn't mind that at all. The thing is, I don't want places like this to close down if no one is going to them. Is the food here not as good when it's busy? Is that it? Is it the location? I dunno. It's in a sort of Italian neighbourhood, so maybe Indian food is not for them. But if the food is that good that much food and for the amount that I paid, then I'd definitely go back.

When we go there they greet us well but after everything is bad. Too much noisy there and also food was very bad no taste. We ordered two different panner items both have same taste and everything is same. We ordered two different types of naan , butter and garlic both are made same just they add garlic on top of naan and no butter. Quantity was very low for sabji, 1 large sabji is only same quantity of small home bowl.Very horrible experience in food bit for service it’s good restaurant.

Amazing place for Indian food. We had paneer tikka and roti and chaat. Very tasty and freshly prepared vegetable and soft paneer with rich gravy. Amazing service from Simar. He provided us complimentary gulab Jamun which my daughter loved it.

Had pani puri, pav bhaji and tandoori chicken. Pani puri felt usual, didn't amaze me. Pav bhaji was really good. Especially the pav, it was really soft. Tandoori chicken tasted like not fully done.Friendly customer service but slow.

The food was delicious! I've been to Indian restaurants before but this one was fantastic! I went on a Friday night with me and my friends and it was surprisingly empty. The food was really good though. The quality and taste was great. We all loved it! Considering it was empty, there wasn't a lot of staff working, but it's definitely worth the wait. Great food that I definitely recommend!!

The 2 stars are for the main course and one person's service which was the only good thing about this place and my experience.When we entered ,we saw a party of 20+ young men dining and the songs were playing at mild volume.I did not expect these boys to start blasting music and the weird thing is the restaurant staff gave them the phone to play loud music on tv and speakers choosing their own songs. The songs were too loud and did not suit the mood of the restaurant(which was fine if played at respectable volume)We requested the volume to be low or mild so the food can be enjoyed.One staff member gave us the phone to choose the music.One of the guys from that party came and took the phone and then they started blasting even more which was unacceptable and disrespectful to others.I did not enjoy eating at all .The staff member said sorry for this and said they are all drunk and immature guys so they do not want to create trouble to keep the peace but in my opinion the staff or manager should have some rules in place for the volume so brash and uncultured people like these do not ruin other customers time.This is the first place i have seen where this happened and the staff just bend their knees to these drunk,uncouth and boorish crowd and let them do whatever they wanted. I expected more from this place.I will not be going back.Shoutout to the nice staff member with hat who was great.

I have never had such terrible Indian food .Chicken tikka was just dry spice rub I have never seen chicken tikka that was yellow with dry spice rub 6 small pieces of chicken for 18 and just spicy zero flavour. vegetable pakora was soggy and gross like it was made yesterday and chef Mike warmed it up .Overall spending $70 of 4 flavor less dishes was not worth it .This place was empty and now I know why .Will not be returning here .

The butter chicken is one of the best butter chickens I have had in Canada. The appetizers were good too but the quantity was less according to 3 people.The service is nice but a bit slow. It took 45-55 minutes to get the order. But it was worth the wait.The sweet lassi was really nice and filling too..Overall, it was a good experience and I would recommend visiting Indian Hero while you re in Brampton !
