It was the day after valentines day,I was really impressed by their website and the reviews were amazing. I was super excited to try this place, in hopes on getting a appointment my boyfriend called them for me since I have difficulty hearing. He requested a sombre haircut and the man that answered swore at my boyfriend and said he didn't know what that was even though it was on their website. My boyfriend hung up in shock from getting swore at, I was going to try to call later that day when i had the chance.Shortly after we got a text asking if we got disconnected, my boyfriend didn't answer right away since we were busy at that moment. A little later we started getting harassing texts. Needless to say I didn't not bother to try to call myself after that. The lack of professionalism was just astounding and the whole experience was extremely upsetting and left me very disappointed.

I see Megan Weeks here and she does an amazing job! She's great with wavy and curly hair.

Very nice salon downtown. Great atmosphere. Very cautious due to covid. Nice to see old building get transformed instead of just tearing them down.

Such a neat building of course but also great staff. I have been going to Meagan for my hair for many years, I can't personally speak for others there but Meagan is great!
