Just had the worst customer service experience with Decola Windows. Spoke to the owner, with whom I've never spoke to before. He was completely unprofessional , his tone and the way he speaks overtop of customers and speaking to them condescendingly is completely unacceptable. Would never use this company again and would not recommend them to another person.I believe that now that the owner has responded online and put someone's personal details online , this should prove my point about how unprofessional he is.My point was about his tone and speaking down to clients. And no I did not say some time in June i mentioned next week. You demanded to know why you hadn't been paid. To which I responded, no one has even called me to collect I just kept making payments and only had one left. If your angry about it not being paid maybe hire someone with some professionalism and experience in collecting accounts receivables. No one has called me once to ask for payment.When I spoke to the owner and provided feedback, his response was WOW

I cannot say enough good things about our experience with DeCola Window's and Doors. We needed a new front entry door and wanted to find a product that wasn't like all the others. Something a little more modern and higher-end looking. We reached out to Paul and met him in his showroom in South Barrie. I was impressed right away by the selection and quality of the products. Paul was super patient with us, extremely knowledgeable, and resourceful when it came to exploring options. We wanted to make sure we were making the right decision so we called another company in to give us some options and check pricing. After meeting with the other company it was a no brainer decision to work with Paul and DeCola. Not only was their product superior in every way, Paul's price was much better. If you need new windows and doors I would recommend Paul and DeCola without hesitation and would use them again. I will also be referring them to all my clients and friends. Their products are excellent quality, very reasonably priced and they only use the best installers in the business, which in our opinion, makes all the difference. . Paul and his team are very helpful at finding the right products for a quality job and the final outcome always exceeds our expectations. We just had an entery door installed. The door exeeded our expections. The wood grain and the colour are perfect. The door came in as expected on time and the same price. The installation was flawless and the technician were amazing and personable.

DeCola Windows & Doors replaced all the windows and doors in an 80 plus year old home we purchased in Barrie last year. Paul advised us on style, function, colour...everything. We required specialty door hardware and DeCola was able to source the necessary door product for our retail location. It was one of the easiest parts of our huge renovation project.

The owner, Angelo Decola, showed up on schedule, and was very professional and efficient with the window screen repair today.
