Village Ski Hut

Walked in today tired of looking like a Jerry. Nik took my hand and showed me the light. Charming, professional, you guys have a customer for life.

Village ski hut is the best ski shop in nelson! I will always chose village ski hut for any ski shopping or mounting due to the amazing quality/speed!

I have bought TECNICA ski boots there. I had a problem with some pressure points so the boots went back 3 times to fix the problem. Never did.I went there in person [ do not live in Nelson] in December and the owner worked on the boots for a while. Finally they felt OK so I left the store. I took them to ski hill yesterday and they felt good! What a surprise I was for when I took the inner boot out to dry! He Just use scissors and cut the part of inner boot seam out! What the hell? After one day is already falling a part! What a professional!!! Will never ever spent a dollar in there again and will tell all my friends and people I will come to contact on lift about that! TECNICA will also get a report.Sorry but that is Hell of a service! Zdenek

Great customer service and knowledge. Went to a few other places in town over several weeks, but for ski boots this place is the best. They always treat you well and do a great job. They also worked on two pairs of boots for my brother and kept at it until they were the best fitting boots hes had in 25 years of skiing. Ill definitely be coming back for any other ski boot needs. A true skiers place.

Just wanted to give my thanks to Village Ski Hut. I've been a customer for almost 30 years, and have always appreciated Ian and Heather's friendly service and expertise. Boot fitting is top notch, as they have spent countless hours getting myself and my family's boots feeling just right. As well, their support for the Whitewater Ski Team has been amazing over the years, and is much appreciated by everyone. Looking forward to many more years.

Heather, Ian, and the crew were very knowledgeable, friendly and patient with helping me get my first set of ski touring boots fitted perfectly. My wife and I had gone to several stores in short order and by far the best service (as well as price) was at the Village Ski Hut. If only I had more time to browse otherwise I would have bought more than I did! Thank you!

Wow. I'm a tourist that came in looking for a part for my ski boot which fell off earlier today while skiing. I popped in to see if anyone could help me. This store was packed with customers, yet they not only promptly helped me out, but resolved my issue very quickly and got me back skiing. Very knowledgeable staff, helpful, amazing products and selection for a small shop, its packed with goodies for both alpine resort and back country fun. You won't be disappointed with your visit and may even learn a few things while finding new toys. Will happily visit again. Thanks!
