First I will say this is the most positive shopping experience I have had in a very, very long time. I ordered a hand grinder online (there online store is excellent and a painless process) and after a little while, I realized I ordered the wrong product. I reached out and long story short, they supported me in selecting a new grinder and made the exchange process fair and easy. I feel very valued as a customer and I will make a point to shop here for all my coffee needs. Outstanding local business. Amazing selection. Above and beyond in all aspects. Samantha is the BEST!!

I ordered some specialty parts for my Rancilio Silvia and everything I needed was shipped and delivered to BC within two business days. It was all priced better than amazon and it even arrived with little candies in the package. Nice touch. I can't wait to visit the store when I'm next in Calgary.

Great staff. Quick shipping. Love the little addition of candy in the box with the items I ordered.I had questions before making a second order at the end of last week. They staff promptly answered on social media. Second order was placed and my order was quickly shipped out. Again, love the few candies sent with each package. It’s just a nice little personal touch.

Was looking for a specific syrup to make a certain type of Earl Grey Lattes and after searching around Coffee Addicts not only carried it, but they offered the best shipping for an item of lower cost. The item showed up in two days (to next door in BC) and I was surprised when I opened the box to find a fun addition of some candies tossed into my order! Stuff like this just adds that extra touch when ordering from a company who you can tell appreciates their customers! Will definitely order from them again in the future!

Samantha is awesome, fast shipping times, candy with every order, and a stellar selection of products. Can't really ask for more, just wish I was in the Calgary area so I could visit the store!

Just getting into the game of making espresso and I am very glad I chose to get parts and pieces from Coffee Addicts. Their chat reps are super helpful and patient even if my questions are quite unique. In addition, after I contact them for a damaged cup in the shipment, they ship out a replacement immediately and got delivered the next day!
