Fast and friendly. I dropped my 30 year old bike off for some new tunes and a tune up. My kids gave it to me for fathers day 30 odd years ago and it's been in the shed the last 3 years. He had it done within 3 hours and ready for pick up.Quality work, fast, friendly and honest. Highly recommended!!!

Being new to the area I decided to ride my bike for over an hour, and on Niagara Falls sidewalks, to find this address so I could make a reliable appointment. It was late afternoon and Jason came out, went back in to get tools and parts, and began working on my bike where I could sit and watch. His idea of testing and checking out problems became repairs when I thought I needed new parts. Not just the ambience and hearing about Jasons' bicycle travels, for the first time in my life I saw a Master Bicyclist at work. However, he makes me feel a little guilty, thinking I should have paid more. I shall return.

Bought a used bike on market place that needed a lot of work. After Jay was finished with it looked like it came off the showroom. He went well above what I expected and replaced extra parts and did not charge above quoted price.

My bike repair here was professional, affordable and completed super quickly! The bike mechanic fit me in for a same day flat tire fix and when he noticed my brakes were loose he generously adjusted them at no extra cost. He was also quick to answer the phone so if you ever have a question about his services don't hesitate the give them a call.
