Dylan was excellent at explaining my options. Irene was very helpful too. Jason and crew did an excellent job installing my new furnace. Got heat within a day. Very neat work with the vent installation. Would recommend.

good afternoon, pro solutions did a great job installing my furnace on jan 1st 2023, they also istalled a humidifier. the only thing that I can complain about is that they didn't turn on the T handle for the water to get to the humidifier working properly, it was completely closed. the installers didn't turn it on so for three months we thought it was working. when a costumer pays 7,400 for a complete install I would expect the best and everything working 100%. little things like that will question me to be a return costumer.

Absolutely horrid customer service from their front desk. My husband called about an AC instal, no answer on their line when they were supposed to be open. Got a call back shortly after from presumably the receptionist stating we missed your call how can we help you

We required a new furnace and the technician provided floor heaters to keep our house warm until new furnace was installed. Work was accomplished promptly and satisfactorily within a day. The crew cleaned up after themselves and took care of the old furnace, cardboard, and mess. New furnace is working perfectly. All staff were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Price was excellent. Highly recommend this company.

We hired Pro Solutions Inc. to install a brand new furnace. The technicians (installers) arrived on time, spread a red carpet all the way to the furnace room, took the old furnace out, and installed the new unit. The technicians were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They came at nine in the morning and finished at four in the afternoon in the same day. They cleaned the job site and we were satisfied with the installation. Any questions we had through email, the office staff responded promptly even at night to our satisfaction.We recommend this family owned business to our friends and relatives. Very good job, guys!

The staff are personable, helpful and friendly, and if this was about my past experience installing my furnace, it was a much better rating; however, my AC and air filtration system install had many flaws and 4 different technicians over 3 days to correct mistakes and flaws.My first thought after day 1 and 2 was that Red Green used my install as a tutorial for use of duct tape! Looks terrible; however, I am told this is normal....Thermostat does not work as intended, as I am told AFTER the install (and third tech to visit), it's just my house and the wiring will not support all features of the fan system....Jumper" cables

Everyone we dealt with at Prosolutions were very friendly and professional. Our furnance stopped working and not only did they come and look at it the same day, a Sunday even, but they didnt charge extra to come out. Turned out we needed a new furnace and they worked with us to find the best fit and arranged to install the next morning. Would highly recommend!

Pro Solutions also did some work at my in-laws home and they were very pleased with the experience. Recommended!
