I regret writing this review but we are very disappointed since the takeover of Jane Burn's accounting firm.Andrew Osinchuk is the new owner of this business and unfortunately has been subpar in meeting our needs that we had come to expect from this practice.My wife and I are dentists and rely on the knowledge and expertise of an accountant when it comes to our tax affairs.Andrew is extremely difficult to get a hold of and requires multiple follow-up emails to get responses.We have been patient as we understand how busy it is in taking over a practice but unfortunately it has now come to a point where it is affecting our own business negatively. I respect other people's time and I hoped Andrew would have respected ours.I would have appreciated being recommended to another accountant if Andrew has too much of a workload but dragging on weeks and not getting anywhere is frustrating and a waste of valuable time.I hope that his existing clients fare better but I certainly could not recommend him to any of our professional colleagues.

I am a small business owner and I rely heavily on Jane for accounting information and guidance. Their service is excellent and reasonable. I now bring in my parents taxes as well and don't hesitate to recommend her to others looking for a good accountant.

Excellent service! Friendly and knowledgeable. Have been our accountants for over 10 years, handling our microboard for our disabled son. Have taken care of WCB, CRA, payroll, retroactive pay raises, financial statements, and more. And they have the most beautiful (real) plants in their offices!
