We have been going to Caruso's Service for a while now and couldn't be happier with his service, honesty and pricing. Claudio and Derrick are always going the extra mile for their customers. Always a great experience. Hard working, fair and professional. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a mechanic.

Amazing experience at Caruso's. Trust me and bookmark this repair shop as you would be hard pressed to find a more honest & fair priced mechanic with his experience. Work was done on schedule and Claudio walked me through everything he did on my vehicle in an easy to understand manner.I recently went to both Mr. Lube & Kal-Tire and had awful experiences in both with pushy up-sell for services I knew were not needed. My most recent example was Kal-Tire told me I needed $500 brake pad replacements but Caruso's inspected and confirmed my car was far from requiring the repair.This is the easiest 5 star rating I could give - you won't be disappointed!

I highly recommend the team of Caruso Service Centre. My husband and I have been bringing our cars to this auto shop for the repairs, tire changes and other maintenance. Caruso’s has been in business for over 35 years and displays his Mechanics Licence with the pride he deserves.I am always pleasantly surprised at the price he charges, expecting more from my past experiences at other repair shops. Then before you pay will explain exactly what work was done on your car and show you all pre-existing parts as well as the newly installed parts. In an area where people are just cutting your pockets, this shop is giving the service and price deals for car repair/service way better than shops anywhere closer in this area.They are so reasonable , owner is so honest, so guiding, explains each parts to be replaced with no greed. Our power window and door controls stopped working and the passenger window wouldn't go up. We looked online and after reading the reviews decided to try Caruso's Service Centre and are Very Glad we did. Claudio is very professional, knowledgeable and honest. It's nice to see a business that does a great job and cares about customer service. Claudio advised us upfront what he had to do and kept us informed. There were no surprises or unexpected charges. Brought my car to Caruso's after I suspected some issues/irregularities. Claudio initially took some time at the end of the day to take a look at my concerns and booked me in for some time to do a more in depth inspection. Shortly after, I received a call from Claudio outlining everything he looked at, the current condition of several parts in the vehicle, and any potential causes. The genuine kindness and concern for my vehicle from the team is what led me to take a chance at Caruso's. I appreciated the detailed explanation on what was done/looked at. These qualities seem to be a rarity these days so this is certainly a place I would recommend for your auto needs, and somewhere I will happily come back to myself.

I've been going to Caruso's Service Centre for 18 years. Claudio and his team have done an excellent job in maintaining my wife's car and my car. Caruso's Service Centre does great work.
