Hugo's Dog Pack

I called Mike on Tuesday (Sept. 20th) and my Golden Retriever, Eddie, has been out on a group walk with him everyday since. Mike has been very flexible with time and location and picks up Eddie from where I work. Eddie then gets to go to Pacific Spirit park with a small group of other likeminded outdoorsy dogs and is returned tired out and very content.Mike is friendly and easy to get along with. He knows how to handle the dogs and get the best out of them. The dogs trust him and so do I.Eddie looks forward to his walks and is excited to get going with Mike and the pack.I highly recommend Mike to anyone who needs his services.

Our 10 month puppy had such a great time on both the private walks and the pack walks. Mike is very friendly and professional. He helped train our puppy to walk well in a pack and kept us updated with videos throughout the walks. He is also very flexible with scheduling too. Highly recommend!

We have used Hugo's Dog Pack to walk our energetic dog starting this summer. Mike is amazing with him and our dog loves his walks with the Pack. Totally recommend Mike's service if you want your dog to have a sociable pack walk through Pacific Spirit Park.

We have a 100 lb Great Pyranese cross named Tucker who is very strong and, being a guardian breed, often wary of strangers. Mike managed to gain Tucker's trust with his patient, calm approach and now Tucker is very excited to see Mike and Hugo and heads off on walks with them happily. Mike is conscientious, pleasant, positive, flexible and clearly enjoys his work with the dogs. Since working with Tucker, his leash manners have improved and Mike is working on his recall on a long line as this aspect of Tucker's training has been a challenge for us. Mike sends pictures and videos from the walks and let's us know how Tucker is doing in terms of his behavior when encountering other dogs, people etc. along the way. I would definitely recommend Mike if you are needing help keeping your canine companion exercised and cared for.

My puppy Lucy had the best day at Hugo’s Dog pack. It’s always a little nerve racking letting someone else take care of your dog. So I was happy to have such a great experience here. Mike send photo/video updates of the day and my dog had the best day ever. Can’t wait to book again!

Mike walked my 7 month old pup and I couldn't have asked for a better service. He was nice and personable and met me at my job site. He was able to take my pup for a much needed day time walk and play, which made the rest of my day a breeze. Thanks Mike I will be using your service again.

First time having a dog walker for my 2 year old lab mix, Luna. A bit nervous at first going into it as my dog can be selective with certain dogs. Mike just knew how to adjust to Luna's needs and after she warmed up to Mike and Hugo, she did great. Loved receiving the updates throughout the walk. Will definitely have Mike and Hugo take on Luna for more walks!

Mike took our dog, Bear, for private walks while we were away on vacation and Bear came home every afternoon tired and content. He loved both Mike and Hugo and Mike took such great care of him. Leaving our dog Maya with Mike from Hugo’s Dog Pack was the best decision we made. Communication with Mike from the beginning was so easy and seamless. Mike picked up and dropped Maya off from our place which was very convenient for us.Mike also sent real time updates and videos of what the dogs were up to and their location which was really nice. (Most usually update at the very end of the day or the next). He also took the care to ask if Maya was ok being off leash, if she had any food allergies and if she was ok to be given certain treats.Sometimes these questions often get overlooked, or you forget to mention them yourself so I knew Maya was in good hands. I felt completely at ease leaving Maya with Mike and Hugo.Mike is very professional, punctual, communicative and such an easy going person. You can tell that Hugo’s Dog Pack is his passion and he does it well. Hugo is also such a sweet and easy going pup. We highly recommend Mike and Hugo and we will definitely be bringing Maya back to Hugo’s Dog Pack. 10/10!

We are so lucky to have found Mike and Hugo for our dogs. Mike is reliable, available, honest and interested in our dog's happiness and well being. He always messages 10-15 minutes before pickup and sends great videos of their walks together and is available even on short notice. Ruby and Lila love going with Mike and Hugo and always come home tired and happy.
