Would give lees stars if possible, maybe negative 3. Food wasn't tasty or appetizing at all. Afterwards 3 out of 5 people who ate the food developed severe, multiple day food poisoning from several of the dishes. I am severely immunocompromised and the food poisoning put me at severe risk. My husband and father in law also had severe food poisoning. My daughter also had a stomach ache. We had to throw the majority of the food out. Save yourself a miserable 3 day bout of vomiting and diarrhea by eating somewhere else. I will be reporting to AHS also.

Refused to serve us food 1.5 hours before they closed while many people were seated. Not sure if they judged us because who we were but it seemed pretty offensive. Smelled weird in there so might be for the best

Great meal! Table of five of us ordered the combo for six that comes with lobster, steamed chicken, pork chops, seafood with snow peas, seafood fried rice, fried fish, fish maw soup and tapioca taro dessert.Well worth the price and the quality of food was fantastic!No complaints about the service here, they just wanted to serve us our food and we just wanted to eat! Our tea was always topped off and we were checked on twice during the meal as well.Looking forward to our next visit!Update 17/12/22: went back a year later, everything still the same price and quality as previously! Really good deal for the quantity of food, highly recommended!

I have had take out twice now from Ruby Queen. Both times the people there have been incredibly helpful and pleasant to talk to. I have tried about 10 different dishes so far and always found the food to be both tasty and full of flavor. In addition they were more generous with the portion sizes. They were also very accommodating towards my food allergy and I haven't had any issues with cross contamination.

It been so long time we’re in the house like to living on the island. Today, our family is feeling so good to enjoying Chinese food here so clean. A special was fresh fish so yummy. I bet you can’t order Togo and tasty like to sit here. Thanks to the owner Restauran because very top during covid-19 he still keep the best quality service and food.

The owners were very kind helping to figure out what to order but in the end, the food was just alright. Everything was just bland. Nothing really jumped out as special and it just felt like generic Chinese food. It was by no means bad, just underwhelming. The one highlight was oddly enough the onions that came with the salt and pepper shrimp. They really absorbed a lot of flavor when they fried the shrimp together.
