Case's Renovations Ltd.

I can't recommend Rob and his crew highly enough. They recently completed a renovation of our bathroom and we are so pleased with the results. They do absolutely excellent work right down to the finishing touches.

Formen is going to put this business under. However, the owner and most of the employees mean well and do fantastic work.

We were first very excited about Case's. They got back to us very quickly and in less than 2 weeks after our first phone call they came to check our house to give us a quote. The person who came ( I believe was the owner) said it was going to take them 2 weeks to get the quote. Here we are 3 months after the visit and nothing. I have called them at least 7 times and they always communicate excuses (you will have it this Friday"

Haven't called back with an estimate, even after I called to follow-up.

After posting a review the owner of the company got back to me and refunded my money. For that I am grateful. I did delete my other review as I do understand that some things are out of their control but they should have stayed in contact with me. That was all I was asking for. Thank you.

A floor in the second level room of our house was increasingly becoming bouncy over the years. We contacted the company and a gentleman came to inspect it. He spent a good amount of time looking through spaces in the floorboards using flashlights and taking measurements and notes and looking for every portion of the floor that was unstable. After identifying the issue and creating a plan, he let us know that accessing the space with minimal damage would be through the ceiling downstairs below the room. We agreed. After about a week he sent a quote and booked a crew in accommodating our schedule. When the crew started the work they completely blocked off the room they were working in with plastic sheeting to keep drywall out of the rest of our house. They protected our cabinets and floors with canvas or plastic. When they were cutting out the ceiling they had someone collecting falling dust and drywall and taking it out of the house to minimize drywall particles in the air. After every work day one man stayed behind to vacuum surfaces and wipe down the counters. It was the cleanest, most respectful contract work we've encountered.

I requested an estimate and the estimator actually came out and gathered our details. I didn't hear from them for 2 weeks so I called the office and the girl in the office directed me to the estimator. I called and he made some excuses about being busy and he would send the quote along that weekend. Here we are 9 weeks after the initial visit and no estimate. In my book I just dodged a bullet. It is good to see that you have so much work that you can ignore potential customers, but at least let us know your slate is full.
