We had a lot of questions and the lady there was so patient, she heard all the questions and waited for us to make a decision. My mom is a senior and we went their for her fingerprints. She told me on the call when I booked the appointment that for seniors it may take some time and asked me to make sure she applies some cream on her fingertips before coming as otherwise for seniors, fingerprints do not come properly. We did that but even then the machine did not pass her fingerprints. The lady there was so nice that she offered to help. She applied lotion that she had already kept there and then she was pressing my mom's fingers to make sure the right pressure is applied. She had to do it a number of times. But even after trying so many times, she didn't loose her cool and still was answering all our questions so politely. More than that business, I would say this is the feedback for that lady. She had good knowledge about all the fingerprint requirements and suggested the best option for our case.I would say rather than going to some other place where I don't get answers to my questions and they are only there to take the fingerprints, this is a good option.About the parking, there was paid street parking right outside and it was $1.75 per hour so not that expensive as well.

Extremely helpful, and very professional and friendly

Went in to get an RCMP fingerprint scan done, they told me it was a 6 week process involving background checks. When I reached the end of that 6 weeks and still nothing was sent I called their dispatcher who was extremely rude, cut me off mid sentence and refused to provide any meaningful help. I ended up having going to a different place in Ottawa which got me the results I needed within days. Just get your fingerprints done elsewhere.

The receptionist is excellent and the service very efficient

Super fast, very friendly upbeat staff! Aalom was incredible. Definitely recommend!
