We had Imperial do our countertops and backsplash and we are extremely pleased with their work and the final results. Dan and his team are very professional and take pride in what they do and it shows. Hands down one of the best customer service I have had in years. They made a beautiful countertop and the time between the order and the installation was craaaazy fast! Just 5 days to get my beautiful kitchen ready. The sales person was extremely patient and oriented to offer me the best. I recently had my washroom vanity tops replaced by Imperial Granite. Dan has been my point of contact, he is very responsive and helpful. We had some difficulties with the installation for the master washroom. Dan provided me with 3 different proposals and shared his expertise with me. The work turned out to be great!The price was very competitive and the job was excellently done. Looking forward to renovating my kitchen with Imperial Granite in the near future.

From the initial contact to the installation, everyone was extremely professional yet personable. Dan went above and beyond to ensure I got the quality quartz counter top I wanted and the installation team did a fabulous job installing the counter to include a waterfall with perfectly matched patterns and a seamless look. I also appreciated the follow up inspection and phone call to ensure I was totally satisfied with the end result and I couldn't be happier with the end result.

I made 5 attempts to work with stone companies in the city (none got back to me or followed through) before our home inspector recommended Steve at Imperial Granite. It was truly a wonderful experience right from initial contact with Steve (he called me back within 15 mins) to the home visit for measurements (which took place 3 days later) to product selection (we went the next day) to final installation (3 days after that). It was seamless, professional, efficient and the end result takes my breath away. I highly recommend Steve and his team.
