I travel a lot and often stop for KFC and I would say this was some of the best service ever.

Food was cold and tasted like it was heated twice as I started eating the fries once through the drive thru. I called back to let them know and I was told it was freshly cooked and was hot. I said their warmers can't be working correctly then. Will think twice before going back.

Disgusting food and disgusting attitude from the manager!We originally went to stop at coop around the corner for a rotisserie meal but found out they were closed. Decided to go to KFC and order a meal instead. While ordering at board we decided on the 18 piece meal deal with 5 LARGE SIDES for $54.99. Elderly man places the order and the guy inside is asking what we want. Salads, drinks, etc. He says no, we just want all fries and gravy. Good enough… Get to the house and open up the bags to find a bucket of greasy, slimy chicken pieces, Extremely dry meat. A single order of cold fries, the gravy was ice cold and the popcorn chicken was cold and stale as well. My family had just spent almost 10 hours driving on the whited out highway and just wanted dinner. I called the store and my call was answered by a lady who has zero customer service experience. She then transfers me to a guy that claimed to be a manager. I explained the situation to him and he proceeds to argue over me the entire time saying that it wasn’t their fault, we didn’t order what I said we ordered, then gave me attitude and hung up!!! All I can say is wow… I am going to do whatever it takes to make it known that your establishment is far from par and that people know what they are walking into. Most disrespectful service I have ever received from a fast food place. I’ve been in customer service for 17 years and also supervised a KFC, McDonalds, Wendys & Harvey’s. I wouldn’t dream of ever treating a customer this way. Needless to say we will never be returning but will be contacting corporate head office for sure.

Worst experience! Asked double tendered sandwiches. Got the wrong order. But, Casier was so helpful.

Not ally really great. Not impressed with the last time. Got a $10 popcorn chicken share bucket and a large fry with a gravy. Paid just over $20..... Picture is what I got for the share bucket.... Now I've gotten the popcorn chicken share bucket before and this isn't close.... It's about half of what you normally get..... Not impressed. And fyi I hadnt had any before I took the picture.

Gone downhill ... used to always get great chicken at this location, but now - they forgot the coleslaw, chicken tasted dry & reheated - horrible tasting gravy .... no pride left here!
