Bought our hot tub 10 years ago and still getting great customer service, including in-house service almost immediately after requesting it. Highly recommend if you are interested in purchasing a hot tub, spa, swimming pool, chemicals, or anything related, you give them a visit.

This is the place to go if you're looking for a swim spa or hot tub! The best family owned business I have dealt with in a long time. We had some issues along the way but they took care of them immediately and professionally. They went above and beyond with helping us and it was very appreciated! They take care of their customers every step of the way!!

Consultation was terrible: instead of explaining of options, which are possible, they started talk about colours of tiles etc. We left our contact information, and they wanted to contact us after chef is back, but nothing has happened since four weeks. Service is poor.Having two calls with crown spas and pools today after their answer to my review, that probably I gave a review to wrong location, my opinion hasn't changed much: I didn't get a feeling to be handled with respect as a customer, more like I don't know what I want. However, if I buy a car, I also like to hear about all possible options before to make my choice. And here is better to know everything about all kinds of spas and pools before I come. Sorry for this review, but it is my impression from your service.

Good group of guys to deal with, especially Jimmy. Have had 2 minor claims under warranty, 1 install issue and they got them fixed without hassle. They also dug their way through the sinking mudyard to make sure I had it installed before snow hit last year. Happy with my purchasing experience and the spa so far.

Only place I have found in Winnipeg that has a proper parts department and the knowledgeable staff to help with repairing a hot tub properly! Great customer service!

Most pleasant service! Duncan came out to look at an issue with bubbles in our pool and easily found and fixed the problem! Great service!

My father and I just purchased a beautiful 5-6 person hot tub for my mother for her retirement present and i thought i would just note that we were very impressed by the displays of hot tubs at this location, as we had spent the the last couple of weeks looking store -to- store.We were pleasantly surprised by Mike Jr. & the rest of the staff they were very knowledgeable & very helpful for when it came to purchasing this luxury item for my parents home. It was a hard choice for sure but they definitely made it easy! Thanks again everyone. The search is finally over! -Danielle

The hot tub I purchased had continual problems. The warranty on the parts did not include labour. $160.00 for every time they came. No commitment to quality. I would not recommend this company. Krevco took over the maintenance on my tub and always had quality service. And a commitment to the customer. At times offering free service to help.

Best customer service around. Had issues with a off brand hot tub. After calling 4 places that would not deal with me cause hot tub was not their brand. I called crown spas and Pat was able to help me diagnose a simple problem and fix it. While in the show room noticed how most of the hot tubs are loaded with the most features and have very reasonable pricing. I will now be a customer for life. I look forward to dealing with them in the future ,and my next hot tub will come from them for sure.
