I waitied about 40 minutes for a cab and left a poor review yesterday but decided to bump my review up a few stars after a productive phone call with Ray to clarify the potential of waiting longer than usual. If you have a meeting or time sensitive event its worth calling well in advance, or even the day before. Knowing now that pre booking is an option has given me a little more faith in trying their services again.

Used taxi service for hiking the heaven's gate trail. We're able to accommodate a group of 6 in a van. Pickup in willisville, dropoff at fort Lacloche. Driver was polite and came earlier than booked time, when requested. Good price! Will use service again!

All the drivers are always nice but they are always late, I have called many times 2-3 hours before I need the taxi to schedule a time but without surprise every single time the car is 10-20 minutes late causing me to be late to work.

Horrible experience. Cab was in my drive way for less than 5 minutes minutes before he began laying on his horn outside of our house (inappropriate as it was 12am in a neighbourhood) then proceeded to knock on our door until someone answered, waking up the whole house once again.I brought this to the attention of the OWNER, who insisted it is our fault and then made us pay before we got to our destination, ordered to do so BY THE OWNER.Would not recommend supporting this business.
