Edited June 2023: I am hesitant to edit my star rating because maybe there are some extenuating circumstances I don’t know about. My last experience was less than stellar. I made an appointment with them. No one was there. I waited for 30 minutes and no one ever came. I called twice and emailed to rebook. No one has ever returned my calls or emailed back.I don’t think it’s a me problem. My car is not awful. Just a good vacuum and shampoo away from looking new. I’ve been to gloss twice. I’m easy to work with. I’m on time, polite and pay promptly so I doubt they’re not contacting because I’m a bad customer. I think something is either very wrong personally or there is something wrong on the business end.Original review: This was my first time using Gloss Auto for my car detailing. I have a typical mom mini van. It’s full of crumbs, dog paws prints and kid messes. It’s also my business vehicle so it gets really well used. They did an absolutely amazing job. It looks almost new. But let’s be honest, it’s not just how clean the vehicle is. The service is great! The guys are super nice. They dropped my vehicle off when it was done. Thanks guys, will definitely be back.

Big thanks to the Gloss team, always going the distance for the customer. Our work vehicle was way over due and needed some loving. The gloss team did a great job on the car, looks brand new. Thanks guys!!!! Highly recommended.

I tried to post this under a different account to no avail. I'm hoping that THIS review gets displayed as I am extremely pleased with the workmanship of the Gloss Auto Detail team. It is said that you never get a second chance to make a first impression and these guys make the best impression on first encounter - charming, professional, helpful and even jovial BUT seriously thorough and efficient in their attitude and work. The following is my repost of a few days ago:-You CANNOT do BETTER! Amazing Team! Amazing Service!Allow me to first apologise for a lengthy post as it is my intent to use all the characters allowed by Google. Perhaps this would enable full description of the absolutely excellent, over-the-top recent service I received from Gloss Auto Detail.As is said, a picture speaks a thousand words and hence there are several attached pics for you to peruse – both before and after the detailing. You will note that the Lexus was filthy! (I must add the condition was not a reflection of our habits but the result of neglect due to unavoidable circumstances.)I stumbled upon Gloss Auto Detail when I noticed its billboard ad on the way to Chatham. A quick call garnered a quick response and the appointment was set. The Team of Moazzam, AJ and Jay was prompt and efficient. They even addressed cleaning under the hood of the vehicle as well as removal of the dull, glaze of the headlights. They managed to erase the extensive bug damage to the front, as well as to lighten some visible paint damage on the bonnet and sides of the Lexus. Everything was made spotless.In addition, I had purchased a decorative decal for the back of the Lexus and the Team magnanimously agreed to stick this on without cost. I was so impressed with the workmanship that I offered to give a tip and neither one of these gentlemen would accept. Not even the cost of a cup of coffee!You will get exclusive attention, charming workmen and unparalleled service within a cost-effective package. I probably do not need to state that Gloss Auto Detail is and will remain my go-to business whenever my Lexus needs attention to “detail”. Thank you, Moazzam, AJ & Jay!

Super friendly staff, great service and fair pricing. I recommend and would come back for interior/exterior auto detail again in the future for sure!EDITED June 23/23: though I had a great first experience with car detailing, I’ve tried to get in touch with the owners to find out pricing for a gift certificate and the response has been abismal. I called the first time and they asked me to send them an email (through text through the same number). So I did, no response. I then tried calling multiple times (my sister too), texted AND emailed over a one week period to follow up, but have not received a response. My sister went in person while they were supposed to be open but they were closed. The lack of service and reliability leaves us no choice but to take our business elsewhere. Sorry Gloss Auto, but you’ve got to do better for your customers.

Mossam and staff were very professional. From the moment I made the phone call until the completed product. We called today seeking a mini detail in preparation for our road trip to the United States in two days. They made sure to fit us in. The professionalism was second to none. The end result was greater than our expectations as it was a last minute booking. We were looking for sometime for a regular contact for car detailing in Chatham. We have found our provider. We will be using this company on a regular basis moving forward. It was simply outstanding work.

They did an incredible job on my wife's car. Looked like new throughout the interior. They were very accommodating with our schedule. Wonderful customer service - very personable and kind. We'll be back in the spring!

I took my SUV to this business and am beyond satisfied with the great job they did. My Bronco looked like the day I bought it . I would recommend this company any day. Great staff. Amazing result. Fair prices. Brought in my F150, live on a gravel road, have dogs, and do truck stuff with my. The truck looks brand new. Very happy. Highly recommend Gloss Auto.
