Horrible customer service, they say whatever they want just to brush me off so I can leave them alone thinking I don't know any of polices of rogers, I end up having to go to another rogers and they were able to do their job and give me what I want not like in this store

horrible. over charged because the employee forgot" to put credits in my notes. The employees fool around all day and don't fill out the necessary info. Not the first time I've had problems with this store (Or rogers) unfortunately its the closest one to my house."
