Customer service is clearly not their number one priority. Don’t go in on a Sunday because their staff will make it obvious they don’t want to be there and help you out. Asking questions just gets you sighs and eye rolls because they actually have to work. God forbid you appreciate having a job when I’m sure lots of other people would gladly take your job and enjoy it more. I left feeling very disappointed in my one and only experience and don’t ever plan to return. Everyone has a bad day but don’t bring your issues to work when it’s not the customers problem or fault. Thanks for the poor experience.

Just had a very unfortunate experience with a worker who wouldn’t exchange an article of clothing despite coming within 45 days and with the receipt. She became confrontational when I insisted the rules don’t require me to have the tags; threatened to call security.

We went to this branch on Friday, Oct 14th around 5:20 pm. The store was busy with customers.Two of the sales associates were helping the customers and the other two were talking to their friends ignoring the clients.The tallest staff and the shortest staff were very ignorant.Poor management!

Stood there for 20 minutes asked for help and staff just stood at the counter chatting and laughing not acknowledging me. I guess talking about the female staff partner was more important than serving customers

There is a good shoe selection. The prices seem to be regular price not too expensive but not cheap either. The apparel selection is not the best. Overall nice clean store but could do more with their big space

I won a raffle for a pair of Jordan 4, clicked on the “complete reservation” button to confirm my purchase and the app crashed. Tried to click again and it said “request failed try again later”. I tried afterwards for a few hours and still had the same message. By that time i had lost my reservation, very disappointed and such a waste of time.
