My laptop was stolen after leaving my car here. I reached to my hotel after parking in this place for just two hours and noticed my bags in the trunk of of car had been opened and my laptop taken from my back pack.I handed over the keys to them thinking it safer that leaving my car on the street. Big mistake. When I asked the staff they behaved rude and defensive. I have filed a police complaint and hope there’s an investigation.

This is a scam. An SUV is not a truck... And they only take cash. Someone should be auditing these guys. Park on st-paul 4 blocks east of here (in front of marche Bonsecours)... Much better.

The employees working here are hilarious. They don’t know how to talk with people. They scream on you for no reason. In my opinion they should have some patience to talk like humans. If they do not have the patience to serve customers the employer should replace them.

DISCRIMINACIÓN POR PARTE DEL EMPLEADO/ Soy turista Latino, vine a conocer Montreal, rente un vehículo para recorrer la ciudad con mi familia, encontramos este parking estacione mi vehículo y al dirigirme hacia el sujeto para entregarle las llaves del vehículo me habló en francés, le dije que no hablaba el idioma, le dije soy turista! En ese momento me devolvió las llaves del vehículo de forma agresiva y murmurando palabras con rabia, di media vuelta y salí completamente decepcionado del sitio, aparte me sentí humillado.
