After doing lots of research I decided on a Range Rover Sport, and my sales rep was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I dealt with Alex Kasagic and he was fantastic - addressed every concern I had, knew the vehicle inside and out, and was super patient with me and my million questions I had during the test drive / sales process. I wanted to make sure this review was honest so I have to include something that I didn't love - the receptionist looked like she didn't want to be there and had a cold demeanor. It was pretty off-putting to the point that it made me uncomfortable, but the sales staff and service team MORE than made up for it.Take the 1 star reviews with a grain of salt - this dealership is actually very good, as I've been to many over the years. Save yourself the guesswork; go to Thornhill Land Rover, and ask for Alex - you'll be glad you did. Will be back for my next one in a few years :)

Highly do not recommend this dealership!!! - JLR THORNHILLI bought a pre-owned Range Rover Sport from them with CPO warranty in October 2021. Starting March 2022, the car started giving me problems such as clicking noises when starting the car and then low battery warnings when my battery was new. I took the car to the dealership many times. They would keep the car for a few days and sometimes weeks. On June 29th I dropped my car off for the same clicking noise and low battery message issue. This time they kept my car until July 29th and then told me to come pick it up saying the issue was fixed. I picked up the car on August 4th. On August 6th (4 days after I picked up the car from the dealership), as I was leaving home with my kids, my car started smoking up and caught on fire within 500m of my home!! My car was towed that same day.Here's the timeline of the service visits for the same issue:March 7, 2022 – Dropped the Vehicle at JLR following ticking noises coming from engine bay area, check engine and low battery warning (the “Electrical Issue”).March 9, 2022 – Collected the Vehicle from JLR.June 13, 2022 – Returned to JLR for the same Electrical Issue. No appointments, were available so was scheduled for inspection on June 27, 2022.June 27, 2022 – Dropped the Vehicle again at JLR for the Electrical Issue.June 28, 2022 – Collected the Vehicle from JLR, advised the repairs were completed.June 29, 2022 – Returned the Vehicle back for the very next day for the Electrical Issue.August 4, 2022 – Collected the Vehicle from JLR, advised the repairs were completed.August 6, 2022 – Vehicle caught fire underneath the rear passenger’s seat where my six-year-old child was seated (the “Fire Incident”). Vehicle was towed to JLR.The fire caught underneath the seat where my 6-year-old son was sitting. Had I not caught it when I did, this situation could have been life-threatening. I had to get myself and the kids out of the car and run to a neighbour’s house to get water to put it out. I didn’t get any updates from them after a while so I ended up having to go to the dealership in person and wait for an hour to see the General Manager to discuss the issue. A week later he sent me an email summarizing the discussion we had that day. They refused to even give me at least half the compensation I’d asked for. After that, there was no update from them until I raised the issue with OMVIC, my insurance company and with the Member of Parliament of my riding.After I raised the issue, they rushed the job and on 28th of February 2023 (after 6 months) the General Manager called me and asked me to pick up the car as everything had been fixed. I haven’t been compensated for all the troubles and risks my family and I have been put through by this dealership. Throughout all of this I was still paying my monthly payments for the car, even though it mostly sat at the dealership since I bought it. The lack of empathy and communication from the dealership is unbelievable. I am still fighting my issue but I strongly suggest you avoid dealerships like this one!

I bought preowned RangeRover Evoque from Audi dealership and got its safety inspection from Land Rover Thornhill… They found an error of engine light and solved it… then the car was send to Audi dealership back and they delivered to me… After 4 days the engine light came back… then I went to Land Rover and again they resolved my problem… again the very next day engine light again came on and I was really disappointed… I went back to Land Rover… and now after diagnose they bring forward another issue with the car which cost me near $3300…even they told lots of issues for engine light… but how could one always go to them to get the light off… Now the question arise if they did the safety check first then why didn’t they resolved it completely so that I could have driven it for at least few months… within couple of days engine light comes back… so what’s the fun of safety check… what safety check they did for which they are not sure that the issue is solved completely or not… now I am facing lots of problems and losing $7000 to switch to other car just for a month… so I suggest please please don’t get your car safety done from these dealers.. because they are not sure for safety and maintenance check…. they just reset the code to manipulate costumers…I want to complain OMVIC.

First time visiting there for service. They made me wait for an hour before even talking to me about why I'm there. The first impression was very poor. The day before they called to confirm my appointment and asked me to bring 3 pieces of ID, but didn't specify what type of ID. But the service rep was asking for ownership, insurance, and a driver's license, which fortunately I had in the car. Although I got lucky and my service got done on the same day under the warranty and I didn't pay anything. But I missed my next appointment due to waiting too long over there.

Excellent service!! I purchased a pre owned Discovery from Leo and his team and the rims were a bit marked up and I needed a trailer hitch installed. The hitch came in and I had a few other minor concerns which were addressed by Ricky in service. Ricky did an amazing job with everything and keeping me posted on when the vehicle would be ready and Leo's guys did a great job on the Rims. All in all a really good experience with some good dudes.
