I had a wonderful massage with Alex Roy last Sunday. I pulled my back the afternoon prior and could hardly lay down or walk without extreme pain. I was seriously worried I wasn’t even going to be able to work. I was able to get in for a massage on Sunday (such a bonus they’re open Sundays!) and lucked out with a very skilled massage therapist. My pain was immediately cut in half and has now almost fully subsided since my appt with him. I will definitely be back. Thanks Alex! PS. The lady working the front desk was kind, too:)!

Alex Roy RMT is a phenomenal therapist!! He is friendly, very professional and covers all the bases!!! When I book a massage, I know that I’ll walk out of there feeling relief. He treats my ITB pain (leg pain) and tight back with ease! As a fellow RMT, it’s tough to stay on top of your own aches and pains, but Alex is a great person to depend on. Highly recommend!!!

I've been fortunate enough to see Dr. David Morton throughout the years as my chiro, and his expertise always puts me back into working order but I've also lucked out discovering a wonderful RMT to be part of my recovery team. Alex Roy has helped my hypermobility immensely, cutting down the amount of dislocations and joint issues to almost zero by getting my muscles to relax! As a physically active individual with very tense muscles this has been a phenomenal team to keep me moving, comfortable and most importantly pain free. Highly recommend this place, and these professionals!
