I have done a full renovation on my condo, (foyer, kitchen, bathroom) and Thiru has been absolutely incredible throughout the whole entire process. He provides his expertise, knows and speaks to their products expertly, as well as providing the best customer service possible. When I did not have time to make it in to store, he was kind enough to correspond through email, which helped save me a lot of time.Tile Giant has amazing quality products, and they have been extremely helpful in sourcing what I needed.Thank you again so much Thiru, I couldn't be happier with your service!

I bought all my tiles for my home renovations from this place. The SRI Lankan guy is very helpful and I like him. Whenever I come here and speak to him he’s always ready to help us. I get my grout (kiesel) from here as it’s a good quality grout. It’s stainless, the quality is very durable and the price is very good. Hope to do more renovations in coming time and we will definitely visit them and get more tiles, cement and grout from this spick and span place in vaughan. Thanks again for good service and helping community.

Great selection in warehouse. Prices are very competitive. Store staff is very helpful. Shop around and make this your last stop - you will end up buying here. Don't go up Jane street and pay more.

This is a great no-frills place to shop for tile. They have a really great selection of really nice tiles, and a really great price. I’m fact for the same tile that I saw in Toronto stores, it could be like half price here. This would definitely be one of a couple of places I would go to when shopping for tile in the future. Also the staff here is really friendly and helpful, and will go above and beyond to ensure you get the right tile for your project.

Good deals and good selection of tile but the customer service is terrible. Visited this location twice trying to pick up tile. 1st time couldn't get anyone to help us out, the second time the guy behind the desk was obnoxiously on the phone for quite some time ignoring the line of customers waiting for him. Ended up buying from another Tile shop in Vaughan
